Guidelines and Regulations

1. By joining the Fitness Center, we urge all members to obtain a physical examination from their physician prior to engaging in any sport or using any machine
2. In recognition of the possible dangers connected with any physical activity, members hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive their rights or cause of action of any kind whatsoever arising as the result of such activity from which any liability may or could accrue to our facility, its officers, agents, employees and instructors
3. The management reserves the right to suspend, and/or revoke the membership of any member who violates the rules and regulations, or otherwise engages in conduct not in best interest of the Fitness Center, and/or suffers from any medical condition or active contagious disease that may jeopardize the health of our members and /or staff, until provided with a physician's medical release clearly stating that such condition has been fully cured, or no longer poses any threat to the members and staff
