Smash Sporting Club Membership Terms

  1. Once the applicant is accepted as a member he/she should follow club regulations.
  2. When the applicant is accepted as a member, the initial fee must be paid not more than 1 month from the day of acceptance.
  3. The initial fee paid is non – refundable under any circumstances.
  4. If any of the given information is incorrect and even if the application was accepted, then the membership will be automatically dropped no matter how long he/she has been member.
  5. The annual fee covers the period from 1st of January till the end of December of the same year.
  6. Members becoming 25 years old will be considered as a single membership and would be automatically split from their family’s membership while we start counting kids from 4 years old.

Requirements:

Every applicant should attach with his/her application form:

  1. (2) personal photos for each member of the family.
  2. Photocopy of the marriage contract. (If married)
  3. Photocopies of children’s birth certificates.
  4. Photocopy of an official identification.
